Classes

Various sports classes are scheduled on a weekly basis. These classes are supervised by specialized coaches :
  • BodyPump

  • CAF

  • Circuit Training

  • Spinning

  • Yoga

  • Pilates

BodyPump is a fitness class with weights that will help your entire body get stronger. It will help you really push it… regardless of your age or fitness level. It is perfect for people who like group classes and who find lifting weights boring but want to add a few dumbbells to their workout.

What are the benefits?
Thanks to the different types of exercises, BodyPump is a full-body workout that features strength training while toning the muscles and improving your cardio.

What should you expect?
The class runs anywhere from 30 to 55 minutes and lively music will help motivate you as you work all muscle groups.

Who is this class geared to?
This class is ideal for everyone with a good fitness level  (participants can choose the amount of weight they want).

The infamous ‘Legs Bums & Tums’ class

What are the benefits?
By regularly attending the ‘thigh, abs, glutes’ class participants help their bodies feel good: exercises are designed to strengthen and tone the lower body and midsection. It sculpts muscles and the result is often highly satisfactory for the glutes, thighs and stomach.

What should you expect?
Exercises generally take place on the ground and alternate between isolating the thighs, glutes and abs (using one’s one body weight or with little dumbbells). Classes feature a warmup, toning exercises and stretching.

Who is this classe geared to?
This class is ideal for everyone whether you’re a fitness newcomer or an experienced veteran.

Circuit training is a class that is intense, fast and efficient that develops all sorts of fundamental physical qualities: strength, power, quickness, endurance, coordination, balance and body movement.

What are the benefits?
The class is excellent for working on your functional strength, endurance and agility.

What should you expect?
During the circuit training class, participants do exercises that work endurance, strength and agility and, while various equipment is used, the body’s own weight is the main driving force. Circuit training involves moving from one station to the next with little recovery time in between exercises. Once the series of exercises have been completed, participants start the circuit over again.

This class is accessible for everyone and ideal for all levels.

During this indoor cycling class you pedal along with the motivational music. An instructor guides the peloton through varied terrain featuring climbs, time trials and sprints!

What should you expect?

During the yoga class, participants work on getting into various positions and performing breathing exercises. Yoga is founded on freeing up your ‘chakras’ and aims to help you improve your physical and mental wellbeing.

What are the benefits?
Improving flexibility, posture and positive energy.

What should you expect?
Yoga exercises combine meditation, light gymnastics, positions and breathing. You will practice movements that will help you improve your flexibility while strengthening your body. You also will work on your breathing in order to facilitate the flow of your body’s energy.
